Choose Your Catalog & Submit an Inquiry

After reviewing our Catalogs Page, submit an inquiry to learn more about either choosing a Collection Suite of semi-customizable designs, or go the fully Custom Suite route and have your invitations painted and designed from scratch. We’ll send you our full catalogs to review to learn all about pricing, process, and enhancement selections, as well as a design questionnaire.

Complete a Design Questionnaire

We want to get to know you, your wedding style and your interest in invitation suite enhancements and wedding day-of paper good options. Once you complete a design questionnaire, we will send you a tailored quote to review, and if you’d like, also set up a phone call to discuss your wishes, wants and worries, as well as a sample box to touch and feel our paper goods in person. We will also map out the timeline of when proofing and printing will happen from start to finish before your wedding day.

Secure Your Spot

After fine-tuning your tailored quote and estimated timeline to your liking, you have a two-week window to move forward with us before our earliest proof date is no longer available. You’ll pay a deposit, sign a contract, and secure a spot in our calendar!

Proof Your Design

You will receive a digital proof of your suite on your scheduled date. Two additional rounds of revisions are included in your proofing process to make sure we get your design just the way you want it before printing. Each additional change to your proof will incur a $50 fee, billed separately.

Send it to Print

After giving final approval to print, production of your wedding invitation prints begin. This can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks, depending on your selection of enhancements and printing methods. You will stuff, stamp and mail your invitation suite. We will go through the same design and printing process for your wedding day-of paper goods for things like programs, menus and napkins 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding!

Print Methods & Paper Types

  • Digital Printing

    Digital printing prints smoothly to the paper with no impression. Digital printing is also known as flat printing. Printing and production time only takes 1-2 weeks.

    Print Method 01

  • Letterpress Printing

    Letterpress printing is done by creating a plate of your design. With rich matte ink, the plate is pressed into the paper, leaving an impression of the script design. Printing and production time takes 4-6 weeks.

    Print Method 02

  • Gold Foil

    Foil printing uses heat, pressure and metallic paper. This is used to create a reflective gold script using a custom plate of your design. Printing and production time takes 3 weeks.

    Print Method 03

  • Single & Double Ply Paper

    Single ply is a substantial, 120 pound cotton paper. Double ply is a 240 pound cotton paper, twice the thickness of single ply. Both options are offered in white and ivory.

A hand-painted venue, pet illustration, or botanical motif can be added to any Custom or Collection Suite.

Printing Enhancements

Colored envelopes, white ink printing, vellum overlays and wraps, ribbon, wax seals, envelope liners and more can be selected for any Custom and Collection Suite.
