Format your invitation or greeting card list using the simple steps below by utilizing Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Once your spreadsheet is completed, email it to info@emilymayne.com.

Column A
Guest Names
Use column A to list the name desired on the outside envelope. The formality of the name is up to you and the formality of the occasion.
Examples: “Mr. and Mrs. John Taylor Smith III”, “Mr. and Mrs. John Smith”, “Mr. and Mrs. Smith”, “John and Jane Smith”
COLUMN B
Street Address
Use column B to list the street address of the recipient.
Examples: “2900 Sentinel Drive”, “2831 88th Street”
Column C
Apartment Number
Use column C to list the apartment or unit number of the recipient. If not applicable, leave this column blank!
Examples: “3A”, “Apt. 202”, “Unit C”
COLUMN D
City, State
Use column D to list the city and state of the recipient.
Examples: “New York, New York”, “Santa Barbara, California”, “Dallas, Texas”
Column E
Zip Code
Use column E to list the zip code of the recipient.
Example: “76262”
